JMES World
Head of engineering & protocol architecture
JMES World is a decentralized art ecosystem founded by Udo Schloemer, the entrepreneur behind Factory Berlin, one of Europe’s most prominent startup campuses. I served as Head of Engineering, bootstrapping the entire technical stack from zero. The centrepiece was a dedicated P2P blockchain protocol built on the Cosmos SDK with Tendermint consensus, powering a native JMES token, an on-chain identity system and a DAO governance layer that let the community fund and direct real-world art businesses from the chain. On top of that sat a tokenization model for physical artworks (including pieces by Warhol) designed to comply with European securities regulations, and a React Native mobile application that served as both investor prototype and developer foundation. The engagement covered engineering roadmap, infrastructure (AWS/Docker), token economics, yellow paper authorship and the full set of Web3 connectivity libraries.

Led backend development at Dash Core Group and co-invented ChainLocks, the LLMQ-based consensus that hardened a top-tier chain against 51% attacks. Built DAPI, the decentralised API, and led the SDK and DashPay wallet teams.
