A real-world-asset protocol bringing gold and real estate on-chain, growing to roughly $100 million in total value locked. I led the architecture and core engineering: a tokenization and settlement model designed for auditability from day one, on-chain transparency and proof systems so holders can verify backing rather than trust it, and a shared signer layer built once and reused across the protocol’s components. The constraint throughout was that this is regulated, real money; the design had to be correct, auditable, and ready for an external audit path, not merely clever.
